Plant your seed

“The greater part of our happiness or misery depends on our disposition, and not on our circumstances. We carry the seeds of the one or the other with us in our minds wherever we go.” — Martha Washington

“Plant your seed”

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant.” — Robert Louis Stevenson

“Plant your seed”

“The tiny seed knew that in order to grow it needed to be dropped in dirt, covered in darkness, and struggle to reach the light.” — Sandra Kring

Be patient.

Be humble.

Don’t give up.

Well–intentioned people will always try to bury you but they have no clue that you planted your seed and that you were the seed at the onset.

Seek to be more aware of each day so that every molecule of your being is burning with a desire to be, do, or have more in your life.

Sounds great but how do I really accomplish this and begin to move forward once and for all?

You begin by telling that little x factor on your shoulder that is always nattering at you, to hit the road. That little x factor on your shoulder is your very own self-talk 24/7 and 86, 400 seconds of each glorious day.

Next time that you blink, you will be on the next leg of your journey

The key to your continued success is the following.

“Fierce optimum concentration unusually sustained.”

Focus creates more energy and more energy creates greater results.

Everyone on the planet wants more and not less.

E N E R G Y is what it’s all about and if you want greater results, you have to think differently than everyone else.

Your self-talk is the key to your success.

Stop saying to yourself, that you can’t do it, can’t see it, can’t imagine it etc.

Change your self-talk and you change your results.

So, what is it that you really want to accomplish when you move onto your next leg of your journey?

Write it down now and really think about an affirmation that will help you move forward and Godward.

Start with, “I am so happy and grateful now that I am already, ________________________________________________________________.

Complete your affirmation with whatever it is that you desire and begin to believe it with every ounce of energy that you can muster.

Here are some ideas that may help you in your quest to dump that little x factor voice on your shoulder that will never give up until you shut the door.

Set goals.

Don’t make excuses.

See failure as an opportunity.

Read daily.

Stop procrastinating.

Focus on one thing at a time.

Judge less.

Focus on the positive.

Don’t compare yourself.

Love yourself.

Believe in yourself.

Leave your comfort zone.

Quit a bad habit.

Every time that that little x factor self-talk attempts to derail you from your greatness, utilize Dr. Joseph Murphy’s quote.

“Be still, be quiet, I am in control, you must obey me, you are subject to my command, you cannot intrude where you do not belong.”

Just add what I always say at the end of the quote.

Get out and stay out!

After awhile your deeper mind will carry out your orders perfectly.

You are in charge of your self-talk and not the x factor on your shoulder.

Your own personal X factor is anything that immobilizes, derails or prevents you from growing intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, physically or financially.

You’ve got this.

Congratulations as the best is yet to come for you.

Carpe Momentum.

Yours in success,

Franco Cianflone
